A laboratory package is included in the cost of this visit. The labs included in this package are: CBC, CMP, Urinalysis, Lipid Panel and TSH.
Especialized Lab
Any additional specialized labs needed will be added to the price of visit. The price of these additional labs will have a special discounted price at Quest labs.
Radiology
Radiology orders given can be referred to radiological localities in our preferred network. The rates for these studies will also bear a notable price discount.
Info Access
Access to all of the patients visits information and results for labs and radiological images.
Medication
Including medication refill (90 days supply)
